I am not what has happened to me.

I am what I choose to become.

Re:balance helps busy women realise they can take control of their lives and be happy and healthy.

And we know that time is precious. So answer us this...

  1. what are you putting up with that you really want to change?

  2. how will you feel if things are exactly the same this time next year?

If you feel like something needs to change but you’re not sure what, or you want to focus on health and wellbeing but don’t know where to start, then Re:balance is for you.

Ealing-based nutritional therapist, Emily Fawell, and life coach, Emily Bal, have come together and created a programme to help 12 women feel happier and healthier.

Over six weeks in January and February 2019 we will come together and

  • You will learn how to focus in on what's really important and how to prioritise your time and energy.

  • You'll have improved energy levels and you'll know how to best nourish your body during the mid afternoon slump

  • Your head will feel clearer, that sense of overwhelm will evaporate and you'll start moving in the direction you want to go in.

This is a great introduction to life coaching and nutritional therapy with the added benefit of meeting local like-minded people.

We are limited to 12 places so if this sounds up your street then you can sign up here

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

About us

I am a coach and facilitator and I help people from all walks of life get from where they currently are to where they want to be. I love helping people realise how extraordinary they are so that they can be their brilliant best.

Conversations with me are future focused, empowering and action oriented. Group sessions are energised, creative and inclusive.

After graduating from Manchester University I spent 17 years in fundraising, marketing and communications roles before finding my true strength in managing multifaceted creative teams. Throughout my career I have always been fascinated by the people within organisations.

This is why I have now focused on coaching to help individuals and organisations realise their full potential. Qualifying with a Distinction from The Coaching Academy simply reinforced that I had found my vocation.

I am a qualified Registered Nutritional Therapist based in Ealing, West London.

After graduating from Warwick University, I had a successful career working in marketing for a number of blue-chip companies.

In my 20s I was diagnosed with the painful disease endometriosis. I tried a range of conventional medical treatments that proved unsuccessful. Then, I went to see a Nutritional Therapist and experienced the benefits of Nutritional Therapy for myself. As a result of the dramatic improvement I experienced in my health, I decided that I would like to pursue it as a career.

I spent four years studying at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in Richmond,  to become a qualified Registered Nutritional Therapist.

Since setting up my practice, I have trained as an NLP Practitioner and offer NLP coaching to support nutrition, weight loss and habit changes.
